San Diego Booze Ban

As many of you are aware, the City of San Diego approved a ban of alcohol from San Diego beaches. Although it is no longer permitted to drink alcohol on the beach, this law only pertains to San Diego City parks and beaches, which includes Mission Bay Park, Mission Beach, Pacific Beach, and Ocean Beach.

The result of being caught with an alcoholic beverage on the beach can result in a ticket that could cost you $250 for a first conviction, and up to $1,000 in violation as a misdemeanor.
